With over 70 acres to explore, The Sunset Hill House offers its guests the ability to get up and close with some of New Hampshire’s prettiest landscapes. Whether it is snow shoeing through our acres of birch forests, hiking through our wild-flower gardens, or walking a path lined with New England’s one-of-a-kind foliage, it is always a good time to enjoy the outdoors. Borrow one of our vintage cruiser bicycles to explore the property or take a quick tour to the quaint town center of Sugar Hill.

In the spirit of escaping the city, The Sunset Hill House offers several ways for you to enter your happy place. What better way to take in the sunrise than with morning self-guided yoga – mats are available upon request at the front desk. When the sun goes down, be amazed by the stars as you sit by one of our fire pits sharing all of your memories from the day.

The definition of a pool with a view, our outdoor swimming pool sits perched on top of sunset hill overlooking the White Mountain Range. Whether you want to start your day with a few laps or enjoy a mid-day drink poolside, our pool area has something for everyone.
